UK Biocentre achieves ISO 15189:2012 Accreditation to support clinical studies.
UK Biocentre has been granted ISO 15189:2012 Accreditation by UKAS for sample processing and storage services. This landmark accreditation further extends UK Biocentre’s capabilities, increasing the scope of services it can provide to support clinical trials and studies, including DNA extraction.

To achieve this accreditation, UK Biocentre, the world-leading biomedical services and high-capacity bio-repository provider, has demonstrated to UKAS that:
• it operates a proficient quality management system
• services are performed to the required standards 
• and can therefore deliver clinically relevant data and results.
